I love you little crow thing

This reminds me of the old game, the "Neverhood" I think...It's been so long since I've played it but this odd style would fit perfectly in that universe.

Thanks!

I don't think I'm really familiar with that game (I went and had a look at the website for it, though), but I'm glad you like this, and think this piece's style would fit.

see, told you they were in love. hah, I'm very easily amused. When I saw this I had to think of the other picture and see this as an attempt to kiss without lips. Looks like they aren't having much luck though
I'm really liking the deep red background and the rabbit's frayed (sp?) ears.

Yes, I believe you might be right. Star-crossed and cross-species lovers... XD
No, not much luck in the kissing department. Poor souls.

Thanks, the background was a happy accident, and I had a blast drawing the ears!

Thank you!

A tanned hide eh? That would be cool!

It's funny; my digital camera supplied the reddish color, and I'm still not totally sure why or how, but I liked the effect, so I went with it!

A brooding silhouette in a crimson soaked background, kinda gives a creeping feeling of malice and plotting. Are they plotting something? Maybe the demise of the 'coon? Or are they just conversing, letting each other in on an unknown secret. Several interpretations, and I think mine might be the weirdest. El Yaaaay! :fave:

Yaaaay! Another fantastic comment from you! And a too. :faints: Today's a good day, I say! Thank you!

Plotting, scheming, planning... Doing whatever bodiless heads can do to bring their dastardly mental machinations to fruition... Not weird interpretations of this scene at all, woman. I rather like them, actually.

Much more interesting than saying that perhaps Crow and Rabbit have planned a trip to wal-mart, or are considering a trip to the local Starbucks for java and pastries. Lightyears beyond the banal possibility that they may be laughing at an episode of Full House or Charles in Charge ...

So, to take the infuriatingly easy way out of the question of what is underway in this silhouetted scene, I shall say this:

Whatever you see as taking place is taking place between these two (unless you see a scene involving Strom Thurmond in a pink tutu. I didn't draw that, you sicko. ). Your imagination is vibrant, a force of nature. Go with it!

Yeh, I'm lame, I know.

Uhhh... Did I write too much?

Very appealing AND morose turn-of-the-century 'armless' shadow puppets! I get the most wonderful old carnival sideshow vibe from this pic, perhaps hinting at a Henry Selik film. Reminds me specifically of a shadowy moment inside the Giant Peach. I bet Stromboli would sign this shadowplay act to open for Pinoccio! NIce work, inspired creativity, Oscar for best work based on material from another medium.

Yaaay, more sideshow vibe. Sweeeet. Maybe I was a carny in a former life.

Henry Selik? James and the Giant Peach?! Man, oh man, Davey, you're far too kind--I'm hardly worthy of such lofty praise.

Thanks for the
