Comrade-carpet's character, Nawzhuh.Comrade, I know you recently did a revamp of Nawzhuh, so I know this may not be accurate anymore, but I came up with this sketch last night, and I wanted to see what you thought before I took it any further. I know he is a very important and personal character to you, so I don't want to mess him up.
This isn't part of our trade--I am planning something totally different involving Nawzhuh, but I don't want to get him wrong in the early stages, because the medium he will be in doesn't allow for too many changes. I ain't sayin' more, cause I want it to be a surprise! So let me know what you think of this, and stick a fork in my eye if I totally got him wrong.

An adorable looking character, I think its because of his lolliping long arms and exaggerated features that create a sense of him being a big softy at heart even though hes a werewolf. The motion youve captured is great too, you can really imagine him walking

This is wonderful. Everything about this is like the character I see and try to get down.
Dont' worry about the revamp, all it basically means is that I will draw him differently each time. He's a werewolf, which is important to his symbolism as a character. The more beastial/wolfish he gets the more he's slipping away. While in the past I never drew him with a tail, I think it fits him well here because he's looking rather wolfish.
There are so many little details about this that I love, especially his long out-of-proportion arms. Something about them makes him look really (agh my vocabulary is failing me) monsterish for lack of a better word. His big nose, the long thin torso, his sad eyes....everything is great.
This means a lot to me
