how do u do the coloring, ima trying to do this on my drawing tablet but its not good enogh

First of all you need to find costume brushes, for example use Sakimichan's brushes (you can find them on deviantart) also you have to costumize the brush in PS to match your tablet, then if you are using a reference photo help yourself and choose the most used colors in the picture and set them on a seperated layer, the rest is up to you and your artistic knowledge and talent
