most all birds can be pretty fierce, if you get them stirred up! We have fun watching what the sparrows do, when a Blue Jay comes into the back yard they can be pretty intimidating, when they band together

we have a hummer that is bright bright red and he is the king of the feeder. we named him killer

really, i like their little displays, that "J" shaped maneuver they do to scare of the males and attract mates...(yeah, i watch the hummingbirds intently)

I love just sitting and watching them. Some of the birds at my feeders are shy, but I'm out in the garden a lot so they get use to me after a while.
