Personality:
Being stoic and silent, Fengari speaks only when spoken to. He often resorts to force to solve problems. He’s distrusting of others and struggles to get on the good side of people due to his past. Being barely fluent in common and only being able to read Skotage, he knows that he's not considered intelligent. He puts himself below others, because that’s what he was taught to do, and it shows in his self-esteem and even everyday life and combat. Regardless of his hard exterior, he is loyal and caring to the ones he cares about, and would throw away his life for them.

Backstory:
Fengari was born in the Skotage Empire of Dark Elves. In the empire, females are valued more than males, so he was discriminated against from birth. When he was in adolescence, he wanted to learn how to swordfight, admiring the empire’s royal guards. But, Skotage males are smaller and weaker than females, and males weren’t allowed to be warriors anyways. But, with determination, Fengari had found his way into secretly learning sword fighting from a female warrior. She was extremely hard on him, and he was taught he had no place in the Skotage society as a fighter. Fengari was mocked by others for wanting to fight, and even his family rejected him. Fengari started to get less and less motivated over time, but he still pressed himself. He was looked down upon by the rest of society. At age 15, the empire council found out about Fengari’s actions and arrested him. They had sentenced Fengari to execution. As he was put on the pedestal to be killed, he fought back with skills he had gained over training as the guards underestimated him, and he managed to escape the empire. He fled to the overlands of Edana, seeking a place away from the discrimination his race had placed upon him. He eventually joined the Lion Guild, a rebel group looking to overthrow the king, where he became a soldier.

(Yes, his armor's boots are similar to high heels in order to make himself look taller, because he's actually pretty short.)
