She stood...tall and proud, her hair the red of the autumn leaves flying behind her , her face was turned defiantly towards the wind and her steel grey eyes...laughing almost as she turned from the prow...exalting in Thor's storm. Her hand fell to her sword and she raised it above her in salute of the great gods of the Vanìr. She felt Njords rage pulsing below the deck on which she stood but felt no fear. Her friends and crew looked up to her in awe, forgetting the timid girl she was and admiring the warrioress she had become.
