Baseball has a rich history. I've seen Ken Burns' Baseball (And the follow-up) twice. This picture feels like it is from that.

This is so simple and elegant. The black and white was the perfect idea for this shot, it shows off the scratches and detail all over the ball and I think if the picture was in picture, you wouldn't be able to see the same detail. Well done.

I like the texture of the ball. Black-and-white really lets you see it. It makes it looks very... solid
