Sooo, turns out that people sozialise and want to sometiems do art trades and stuff? So I needed a character for this account...
PRESENTING! My fursona: Rhubin, the Malumdrake

Shapeshifting: Malumdrakes can shape into any creature they please whilste keeping their original colours and the gem on their forehead.

Collar: Malumdrakes sometimes are kept as pets. When something encloses their neck with a firm pressure, they are unable to leave the form they are currently in (NERVES AND STUFF, IDK!). Hence people tend to keep a collar on them to prevent surprises and an escape.

Fur: They are covered in thick fluffy fur and have no scales in their true form.

True Form: Only in their true Form can the Malumdrake add partial properties from other creatures to its body (Wings, fins, claws, horns e.c.). Once fully transformed into another creature, they cannot change its properties. A Malumdrake has two true forms, the original drake and the humanoid shape.

Gem & Rebirth: The gem on their forehead acts as a core for their transformation magic and a means for regeneration. Should a Malumdrake die, that gem keeps its soul safe and begins to grow and form a crystal egg, out of which the drake can be reborn. After rebirth, the memories of the old drake will return over the first few years.

Namesake: Drakes are dragons without wings. Malum is latin for "wrong", "evil" or "disaster". They are named that due to the destructive power they COULD unleash if they were to fully make use of the different properties they can give their true form.
