Yoruichi Shihoin and Byakuya Kuchiki from BLEACHi've always assumed it was Hisana's death that made Byakuya do a complete personality flip between his childhood and the present storyling. and i imagine that Yoruichi would have been surprised to come home after 100 years and find his a completely different person...
