so this be a drawing that i did of a character in a steampunk rp that i'm in.yes he has wings. @ Elysia, i added the goggles because he looks more like an owl and i cbf drawing eyes. because eyes are irritating.

Don't worry about the eyes, I actually quite like how you've flipped his goggles onto his eyes instead of having them sitting on his head - god knows he prolly needs them to stop himself going blind anyways :v And claws! Honestly not something I thought of giving him, but I might do now...
The only thing I might suggest for next time is to have him smiling or otherwise positive. He's generally quite the happy being c:
