This is one of the many new characters I have made for my new Sonic story project, Proxima Eternity! Her name is Winter, and she is the princess of the Ice Kingdom in the Proxima Dimension's version of Mobius!Funny enough, she is actually a very old OC I made when I was a child, whom I redesigned!
