Mostly devildozer are used in 10%, and no distinctive marks are shown. The character is Darche the Dark Loner, one of the subjects of the Death God (Shini Kami) project, a project where the devildozers are being tested on human beings. In the NWF storyline, only 6 Death Gods are confirmed.
