I think I can help with the size issues. :3
I was playing around with this avi on my computer to see if I could lessen the file size, and I managed to get it down to about 4 KB without changing the image at all.
What I did is I saved the avi and opened it in photoshop. There were a LOT of layers, and only one was visible, so I simply copied the main layer (layer 1) into a new 50x50 image w/transparent background and saved it. It's exactly the same, only smaller file size. :3 Hope this helps!
