It's Rib dressed as a masked vigilante.
Maybe he's acting the part a little to well...

I see through this little ploy of his *nodshead* THIS IS ALL A PLOY TO GET GIRLS! After all the girls love a mysterious man ;D. No but in all seriousness, this is a truly remarkable piece right here. The fabric of Rib's costume actually looks so soft and very well done. The metal cuff links on his sleeves look so real I could touch them! The hair, again so real, it looks like it might be wet though from sweat (maybe from hard labor, or maybe from Mousse). For a cartoon picture this looks remarkably realistic and his costume is just the coolest thing ever! Wonderful job here Ribera.
