Artist says:This fanart features Meroko and Moe-chan, characters from the manga Full Moon wo sagashite drawn by the amazing Tanemura Arina!!! The pose is inspired from an illustration which is in a Kamikaze kaitou Jeanne artbook (another manga drawn by the same author)
The girl on the right is not Mitsuki! it's Moe-chan aka, Meroko when she was alive! 
So Meroko and Moe-chan are the same person, Moe-chan is in fact Meroko before she commited sucide! Hope you understand (for the ones who have not read the manga...) Don't forget, Meroko is a shinigami, she's not supposed to remember her past life... But finally she did remember it and it's strongly related to Mitsuki in a way... Oooops shhhh, let you discover the connection...
