Oh, this was laying around for some time till I've got the motivation to actually shade it.It's my part of an art trade between me and *Drerika
We decided to do shaded full body and simple background, and she requested me to draw her dragon sona Izzy. She wanted a flying/freefall pose, so I sorta went with both as Izzy is turning midway so he wouldn't hit the ground... hard xD I based the pose loosely on falling cats' pictures.
And... wow, Izzy's design is quite detailed and complicated, even aside those colourful feathers. But I had a lot of fun ^^ I had some troubles at the beginning but since I got the sketch right everything went well from there ^^
Omg, Sorry Drerika I somehow forgot to paint eyes xD fixed already

Lately i've been very bussy, and was out form my house...thats why i haven't made my part in time and couldnt comment XD
First of all, the pose, i mean the scene is so freaking AMAZING!
Again i love everything whats dedicated with flying, so ALL these poses drives me crazy
As for colours, i can't belive it, but you just perfectly got them right

GOSH and the anatomy is so great
Those details of the rays of air when you fall are epic 
Overall this is such facinating picture, and one of my favourites as for Izzy :>

*previously i saw that eyes dont have irises, but for some creatures irisless eyes add more mystic sences XD thats ok

I seriously loved drawing Izzy ^^ I feel in love with the design at first sight! :3 And I think I was making sketches for a few days till I got the pose right, and that was the hardest part, so after it was just fun ^^
You have no idea how very happy I am seeing you so excited
And believe me when I say I'm as excited about seeing your art as you're about seeing mine!
Lace is just pure cuteness and I like the pose to, and you got his anatomy pefectly I have to say! And I really like how you draw legs. And those paws, THOSE PAWS! So cute *.*
Ha, you read my mind, I was going to ask you about another trade in a few weeks or so ^^
(yeah, I like eyes without pupils too, that's why my characters hardly have them xD)

awh well, i didnt knew that im drawing paws so cute, well i see some mistakes but i try to draw them, some time ago i coulnt draw them, it was like a hardest part for me XD
as for anatomy, i also like such long bodies, so it was also fun for me to make it
well if you feel you will be free ask so, or i will ask you, but at the time, as i said, im bit crowdedwith things >< afterall summer isnt always free for me XD i go out to my friends and etc...ya know XP

Aside from that, I just love all of the feathers and how they have different patterns and colors *_* I think the fanned out tail might be my favorite aspect of this picture though ^_^

Well, the way I coloured was dependent on the design Drerika came up with and I have to say - took quite some time to paint them xD I like tha tail too, but I like those on the neck and shoulders better ^^

Ah wow, I absolutely LOVE the colours that you've used here! They're gorgeous, and that simple background is actually really effective. Twisty poses are also really super hard to do but you did it so well!

Super! Bardzo mi się podobają te kolorki, których użyłaś. Rysunek przez to wygląda tak apetycznie ^^ Trochę tam ciasno w okolicach ogona przez to, że te linie się urywają, ale sama postać ładnie się wpasowuje w ramy. Lubię białe brzegi w Twoim wykonaniu, dodają super estetyki. Sama nie wiem, czemu nie stosuję u siebie xD
