lol, it's great to know that you've connected with the characters so much that you reacted this way. As for Marshall, he's sleeping with the fishes, for now. By that I mean he may come back, he may not, but don't hold your breath waiting for him. And don't think that Spoon has turned evil or anything, you'll find out why he did what he did soon.
