Description As I work more slowly on a painting, I continue to be amazed by the birds that come to my feeder.
Mostly babies now, I feature many more on my Facebook Page. Their behaviors are a hoot to watch, and they
bring me much joy. So I decided to share some of my favorites with all you who appreciate such visuals!!! RG

The bird is just leaning in cause it is feeling good, and this photo is as well, or more great I would say. Thumbs up.

Soooo glad a real pro is approving. Thanks. The bird will put on some weight too.The adult Mourning Doves are chubby birds. This one is just waiting for an opening in the chow line!
Thanks again Tommy....

My pleasure buddy.
Even though I do not take many bird pictures I can absolutely appreciate the difficulty of such, you donΒ΄t really get it until you try take a few pictures of birds.

One big negative, not a hassle, is having to shoot through glass, in fact,
a double pane of a balcony sliding door/window. If I go out on the balcony,
THE BIRDS WON'T COME!!! Now, THAT's a PROBlem!!! I just got my son's
Nikon D3000, so my Megapixels have doubled over my old D40. That will
surely help. I'm working on a painting, so I'll be posting more birds. They seem
to make quite a few people happy...so who am I to argue?

Best regards: richard

Yeah, it isnΒ΄t the easiest subject to photograph, IΒ΄ve heard of bird photographers laying in the grass in hiding for several weeks just to get that one good shot of a rare bird.

If it makes people happy as well as yourself, then there is no arguement.
