Getting the hang of this closeup process now . Not sure of the cropping though !! Any ideas ?Related content

Richard - this looks OK, but cropping and composition probably need thought before the shots are taken. It's hard to beat a "full-frontal" single flower head with precise sharpness and colour. With more than one flower there is a very rough rule of thumb saying an odd number is better than an even number. But that is broken as often as it is used. Background and bokeh are also mportant.
