Thanks! I hadn't looked at this image again in a long time - it is good, I think!

It is.
It reminds me of some ancient Chinese art, a few lines of ink in a piece of rice paper, and a couple of almost invisible spots.
Put into their most exact places.

Most welcome. Very impromptu (don't think it's quite where it could be, not yet, anyway).

I love uncut grasses in autumn and winter. They break up the landscape (and have built-in bird seed)!

RichardLeach In reply to Piarvi-Recherreen [2011-02-22 18:16:26 +0000 UTC]

thanks - i had to crop this from something bigger because the snow was deep and i had low boots on, i shot from some feet away - so i don't think this can be big enough. maybe i will try another with my high boots on!

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

Piarvi-Recherreen In reply to RichardLeach [2011-02-22 21:15:12 +0000 UTC]

oh ... see how a photographer has to control every detail, like the boots they wear for example

RichardLeach In reply to Piarvi-Recherreen [2011-02-22 21:35:52 +0000 UTC]

the camera does almost everything for you - but you have to supply the boots yourself
