i like this piece, it has great composition, nice shapes in various sizes, great texture, values, color, line, everything leads your eye 2 her, the face on the chest is a great surprise and a like the strip of yellow, well done. again, thanks for your help in choosing some work for my show, much appreciated

Sometimes I wish I had a better idea where I was going... but I actually like the intuitive process. Sometimes it involves a lot of waiting!

Most of the time the intuitive work turns out better than anything I have planned. The real thing always turns out much different than the plan you got in mind.
Then again, the intuitive thing seems to be so pure that hardly anything can go wrong - these moments are rare, unfortunately, but it's about these rare perfect moments why I create art

I often need some sort of plan to begin--but then I will let intuition take over when (hopefully) it comes.
And yes, once in a while it is intuition from the very beginning--rare and satisfying.
