(I think it probably WAS Lucas's original intention to make the bumbling jester turn out to be the big bad, and I've seen a 48 minute video discussing, in detail, why that's likely the case. I went from a 'wouldn't that have been cool' to 'yeah, that was probably what was actually planned'. With that said, whether it's canon, or not, it's my head-canon, because almost everything that happened in those three movies makes SO much more sense when you approach it from the idea that Jar Jar was in fact a brilliant force-powered manipulator instead of a clueless klutz.)

Its an interesting theory but I think its wrong. For one it says that there are only 2 sith a master and apprentice. In each case Palpatine had a 'padawan' 1 for each movie this would prevent jar jar from being a sith since that would break the rule of two. When he returns to the gungan home the gungans are afraid of the jedi rather than him since they are 'strangers'. The old wizard part who seems harmless is for the most part palpatine. Still an interesting theory wouldve been nice if it were true tho. Nice drawing btw!
