OK, so... once again, I've been building up a cache of gifts made for me by the incomparable onek1995 . And this is the point where I hit you with my usual spiel... except that has to be getting boring by now, right? I mean, the message never changes. Not only is he making great art, but he's telling a pretty damned interesting story. One that's slowly getting tangled and complex... just as a good story should. So, I'm guessing most of you are already familiar with his work, but, on the off chance you're not... well, you definitely need to give it a look.

And speaking of looks... this one is something he put together in a very short period of time. He sent me an image (which I will be posting shortly) that featured my Danneel Harris character. I had a lot to say about it, and one of the things I mentioned were the colors he'd chosen for one of the outfits and how they were pretty close to what I imagined the RSI fight kit (that's what MMA organizations call their official 'uniforms') would look like.

Well, not close enough I guess, because he read the words 'fight kit' and the next thing you know, the image above on the left was in my inbox. Like, POOF! Next day, there it was. I kid you not. Full disclosure... he referred to it then as 'not the most polished image.'

I dunno... looks pretty damn good to me.

Oh, and I neglected to mention... I mentioned something along the way about how Danni's hair has something of a reddish hue to it. And look... anyone who knows me that tongue-in-cheek redhead comments are kind of my thing. But did that stop him? Nope. And that's where the second image came from. Danni in the kit, with a little redhead action going on, to boot.

Seriously, I don't know why he does these things. You'd think by now I'd know to watch what I say because you never know when he'll take something and run with it.

But let's be honest... there's no reason for me to be more careful. After all, it's been working out just fine for me, so far.
