I finished this a good while ago, but felt I should upload it to dA as a Wallpaper pack.Click download to get a zip file containing widescreen and 4:3 wallpapers! Up to 1680x1200.
Illustrator Vector Images to After Effects Composition (background is fractal noise, light is a lens flare on top of a light bursted shape).
