With an illusion you choose the form you want to have, when charmed the other person will see a form that suits their expectations and wishes. So if multiple people were under the same charm and saw the same person they would probably see something different. In this case it's probably from the eyes of a man, one that finds big breasted, light-coloured eye women with dark hair more attractive. The fuchsia hair is also more feminine and they work better with the eyes.
Ariel is not someone with a very strict moral code, at least not in those things. Lying and manipulating people, if it helps to her ends, she has no problem doing it. And truth be told, her objectives are not always noble. They are not evil either. She surfs along the lines, doing what she thinks is right. So here she could be seducing a crime lord or someone that holds a key to a source of great knowledge. She never really told me
