Thank you very much. I imagine (no pun intended) that the desks probably aren't the same ones they used in the 1950's. Thanks for the comment, always good to hear from a fellow UK citizen.  I'm uploading a Paul McCartney tomorrow, I finished him today, but the light was too poor to permit me to take a decent photograph.  Stay safe -rich

Yeah, I find photographing artwork a nightmare. Particularly with a cheap-o camera. I'll check it out.

Tell me about it, the camera I use is ok, but I could do with a scanner, even they have their flaws.

Thanks Bad, you're a diamond like usual, always making nice comments.  I've being speed drawing these portraits. This was done in four hours and I've just submitted another one that was also done in four hours.  Thanks BadKitty, you nice - rich x

Nope!! Just sat there for four hours.  That's not really a  long time for me I can stand up painting for up to twelve hours straight, but I do get a little hungry.  I'm slim so I don't need that much, my appetite for art is greater than my appetite for food!! I've got another one I'm just finishing which will be uploaded tomorrow when I have better light to photograph it in.  It's Paul McCartney tomorrow. I'm submitting one everyday for a week so I hope you like 'em!! Thanks Bad -rich x

Thanks princess, I did this in four hours.  I set myself the challenge of finishing the piece within a time limit.  I have almost finished another one that I will be uploading tomorrow. 
p.s you don't mind me calling you princess do you?  It's just that you look more like a princess then you do a spartan, but I can call you spartan if you prefer?
