Franklin Ofidian is now an armored Lizard-Man hybrid that Spews magnesium based fire from a mounted cannon on his shoulder armor. After leaving the UPSA it is believed that Franklin is now an agent for the Ultradian Legion terrorist organization. In addition, it has been confirmed that he is now a product of bio-engineering technology from the Ultradians, adapting the moniker “Sgt. Serpentine.”
