I just thought I'd throw this up here at this stage; will go to scraps later.I don't know very much about either character, just what I read. Like how Pandora's weapon can take any form (I like tonfers) and I found this one website with Yang Lee's animations in SF3.

Very nice! I don't think there is enough Pandora stuff going on and this is really well done. but as a side note...I am having a hard time deciphering the bottom left frame...but I think it will be clearer when the coloring is done.
