they are very shallow, Helen.. you can go quite far out and still only waist deep.
i didn't have a great time... i had a fantastic time

it's in Crete, Carole.. the shore at that point is rock/pebble but becomes sand further round the bay...
red? is it? i can't tell Carole.. but it could be or it could be due the tonal contrast adjustments..
