Titanis didn't have claws. The wing bones mistaken for hands are also found in seriemas (close relatives of terror birds), which do NOT have hands.

kungfuflower was wrong there, Haplocheirus, Kol, and Bradycneme are alvarezsauroids, but it's the phylogenetic placement of Bradycneme and Kol that is indeterminate in Alvarezsauroidea because they have such scanty remains.
