Imagine an alternate universe where artists are making female morphs by making them look smaller and removing the muscles with people commenting "That's photoshopped" or "So unnatural".

Very nicely done, especially with the reverse alteration of the mirror image.  She's given up a lot of size, but it really shows in her face.  If you didn't know that, you might think the mirror image was the starting point.
