I really like it when people portray Yuugi as a shy person because it really shows what kind of person he is. He isn't strong like the others. But he isn't weak either. He is just a normal and average person. He doesn't like being in the spotlight and therefore feels uncomfortable if too many people stare at him or treat him like something special. The way he blushes, how he shies away and holds his hand in front of his face... it is just so cute and I really love his body language here. The way he looks over his shoulder and shows that he doesn't feel comfortable but still blushes and looks at the viewer. You managed to capture his personality here rather well. And again, I need to mention that I like your style. Especially how you draw his hair. ♥
Copying the anime style is easy, but finding a way to combine your own style and the original style is something that is really difficult to acquire. Many people (especially yuugiou artists) have been influenced by the anime too much, so they often get lumped down into one category. Their art isn't really authentic because people will think of Takahashi and the popular anime when they see their art. I don't get that feeling here. I can see your own characteristics. For example his eyes. You try to make them look close to the anime but you refuse to make them look exactly like the anime so you add highlights into his eyes, using dark lines around the iris. It's really nice to see it.

I feel the same way about Yuugi as what you just described there. X3 There is nothing to add, you summed it all up. :'> Ah, it makes me happy that my style manages to please any viewer~ I always felt like it's nothing too special and not that recognizable, but I must be doing something right with it since people like it, haha~ Also, drawing his hair is usually the best part for me... 8'>
Anyone who copies another person's style almost perfectly has my respect; it's not their own, but they manage to use the same style so flawlessly. For me, this is nearly impossible, especially since it makes me insanely uncomfortable. I want to try and do my own thing, whether or not it looks good or whether it actually succeeds. I try and make the characters in my fanart to resemble the source, but I still want to do my own thing. If there's no enjoyment in drawing, then what's the point. Well, that's how I feel about it, anyway.

Well I draw more Yugi than Yami because Yugi it's very cute and I think it's more easy to draw him
