I really feel like this, but I haven't been at consultation with psychologist, because I'm too scared, so it's not "approved" by a specialist >>'

I don't think that you need a consultation with a psychologist to know if you suffer from depression.

You just need to focus on something good, like, you are an artist, you can express your emotions thought art. Just, stay focused on the good things of your life.
