Description I had been meaning to redo the Huntress Mask for some time now, While its only a 1lb, now its 50% lighter, and cast a foam insert to go in it so I didn't have to line with moleskin each time.

Its Casting time!
Done in Fiberglass.

Registration is for if I decide to ever do a backplate but for this I just vacuum bagged it.

You can see more in progress stuff on my facebook.

This is about as How To as I get right now. Basically always good to start with a face cast and a paper template

I can see how one pound on your face can feel really tiresome after an hour at a con. Not sure what you mean by vacuum bagging, but thank you for taking the time to show all these in-progress images.
