Description
After watching Jyuden Sentai Kyoryuger, 100 Years after (which will soon be Power Rangers Dino Charge), and since Transformers Age of Extinction is bringing in the Dinobots.... I thought...... what would they look like as ranger helmets?

Because it is a mix of Kyoryuger and the AOE Dinobots.

Rename the dinobots i have no problem with- its not the first time. IN Animated Slag became Snarl if i'm not mistaken(since there was no Snarl in animated otherwise) and it was due to as stated by another being a derogatory term. Slog- Corruption of Slug? would denote brute force which is something the dinobots tend to embody. I mean you gotta think we the movie itself has more than renamed dinobots- not sure how much people have read but i gotta say- Scourge would of been a much more suitable name for the big bad(after all thats what a certain convoy was called in RiD if i'm not mistaken)
I try not to fret to much about name changes - they happen generally for some reason or another usually because of the times. What was perfectly fine in the 80's - and before- like a rabbit sticking their finger down the barrel of a shotgun- is most certainly not ok in today's media.
However i jsut find the name of the decepticon leader to be so synonymous with a certain design that using what they did, to me is a bigger issue than changing the names of some robotic dinosaurs(especially since the inteligence levels of the dinobots tend to be relatively low, short simple names(aside from grimlock) seem to fit.

Scorn and Slash are new guys.
Slug was changed from Slag since slag is also a deragatory term for women in the UK.
Strafe instead of Swoop since Hasbro felt that Two Heads would be too different from Swoop.
Snarl kept his name.
Slog is probably for Trademark reasons

I don't mind having new Dinobots in the line-up, just don't forget about the original. I can't stand the renames for some of the Dinobots for TF4. I bet that whoever was the one who thought to bright them to the big screen was probably not familiar with the franchise.
