The 1st time I found out about Ragman was in Batman The Brave and The Bold comic book #14 "A Holiday Special Featuring RAGMAN!" [link]

As i was passing through the book, I was like "WTH?? Ragman???..... he... looks kinda...cool..... what can he do?.... can't pass this up"

I fell in love with the Character and did a search for his Origins, which had a few, but more than once did he teamed up or encountered Batman in one way or the other.

For the Fanart, I used the style of The Batman + Ragman from The Brave and The Bold + the look from this deviation [link] + a few of his Comic Book designs
