Description
This is a Kamen Rider Designed by me and blazikenking . Blazikenking designed the driver and gave me the idea for the weapon as well. The Rider Design it self was based on my Kamen Rider Ruin drawing. The driver for this Rider allows anyone to use magic and all though the power of science. But this Rider dose not use ring's instead he uses rail ring's, witch work like the Kamen Rider OOO's medals, he can also use three spell's at once, and he can use a x2 or x3 combo by putting two or three of the same ring in the driver at once. So he can use kick strike x2 or even a kick strike x3.
