All of Popple's BIS Battle animations in one. I decided to go with mostly the normal expression to match his Dream Team portrayal.
The full sheet will include several versions of some animations using the normal, angry, crazy, and excited faces. There are also bag poses but they're basically repeats so I didn't include them here.
I'll release the full sheet after I finish his overworld animations.

DUDE! This is IMPRESSIVE (also your walk sprites are amazing too!) if I ever finish my project for a Mario & Luigi fan game (That might not be happening for many years) Could I use these?

I like how you managed to combine the DT and SS versions of him into one body, since they don't really look like the same guy. The animation is very smooth and captures his demeanour really well. As for flaws, there's a couple; the shadow should disappear when he's on fire (and maybe be a circle of light?), and it looks like there's too many grey pixels when he leans back to swing the hammer, making it look fuzzy. In fact, it looks like there's a lot of them throughout, though I can't tell if that's something they do with his canon sprites or in BIS. Lastly, when swiping the hammer, his thumb is on the wrong side.

If it's not too much trouble, I would like to know; is there a Good, proper way to sprite speedy-feet (like when Popple's swiping one of the bro's hammers in this sequence)?

I used Blazing Shroob's feet as a base for this but if you can find other references just go with what looks best, there's more than one way of course

Flawless work as always, Ridge. I remember seeing some of these a few months back, but they're even better together. A thing many seem to miss when mimicking M&L is how nice the animations were. Tons of frames for certain actions!

Thanks - I figured compilations like this would be better than uploading every animation separately.
Most things have a decently high frame count, agreed. The hammer animation specifically, because it's just like Mario's.

The sheet is not uploaded yet. It will be after Overworld sprites are done.
Usually I just start with a single sprite, and then sometimes I like it enough to fully sheet it.

Anyway I do like on how Popple is now in SuperStar Saga, Bowser's Inside Story, and then Dream Team. :3
Well he didn't appear in Bowser's Inside Story, just glad he has some better sprites.
I do like the SuperStar Saga style, its just really old compared to the newer styles, and doesn't look as good, but it kinda has its own style as well.
Bowser suffers in SuperStar Saga, and a little bit in PiT, Using Bowser's Inside Story Bowser as the main sprite for the main enemy of the Mario Bros and the Mushroom Kingdom, and Dream Team well holy crap. O_O;
