Its Chidori using his unstable powers eue

Sadly Chi doesnt kno how to use it and it activates MAINLY on his emotions and how he's feeling. Only like... less than 10% of the time does it work on his command xD He manages to make it work to dry from a shower and to cook on a gas stove xD DUMB LION.... WOLF.. THING e-e
