I realize this is the first new deviation I've submitted in many moons. I apologize, I don't have as much time to indulge myself with drawing as I used to.
This particular painting is the first of it's kind. I've never done fanart for a CLAMP title before, but I must say I really enjoyed it. I never really got into CardCaptors(which is the dumb edited english version) but I do remember the characters. This series is more to my taste anyway, so you may see more of Syaoran and Sakura and the gang .... or........you may not. But here's something for you to optically chew on.Hope you all enjoy.

I think I tried reading it too, but the name of it throws me off
"X" has been branded in my mind to deal with algebra
and 1999 is just too big a number....[my brain works that way

I have ten volumes. 2-6 and 9-13. There is only 13 volumes out in English. Volume 14 comes out in English July 31, 2007. I still need to get Volumes 1, 7-8.

Syaoran looks great here. Hey, I have a pen with a feather just like that on the end - it came with the TRC OST.
Oh, and just a note - Cardcaptor Sakura is the original title. The English dub changed it to Cardcaptors (and tried to make it into a Shounen instead of a Shoujo).
