Do you touch up the teeth/skin on the computer?

not really.. i shade also the teeth with b pencil to make it natural.. the skin shade is blend with tortillon so u can get that smooth

tortillon is a blending tool.. the shape look like pencil but made by pressed-paper.. u can googling it
