Personality: Mieko is incredibly shy and likes to draw a line between herself and people. She often gets scared of the littlest things and crys easily, though she tries to hold it. Most of the time she is mature, but at times she can be really silly. She's clumsy and can be distracted easily at times. She's most confident when using her Ability.

Bio: Mieko's family consists of herself, her parents & her younger brother. Mieko has always been shy, in front of relatives, neighbors, and friends. Mieko was 8 when her brother was born, she had mixed feelings about getting a sibling. She knew her parents were happy, so she thought that she should continue to smile for them, but she thought she wasn't going to make a good older sister. When he was born though, she had a smile on her face, forgetting about all her worries.
One day, her father let her brother go play at a friends house, so she walked him there. As they were walking, looking at both ends on the street to see if there were any cars passing by, her brother said it was clear and she didn't see any either. She accidently dropped a phone charm from her bag and was going to pick it up when she had a bad feeling in her stomach. She stared off into space as her eyes brightened a bit, she used her ability. She looked into the future, and saw a car rushing towards her brother. Without another second into the future, she blinked, cutting off her ability and ran towards her brother and grabbed him, both of them flying towards the sidewalk. They looked back to see a car, halfway turned around with a man looking outside the window yelling, Are you guys okay?! Mieko cried, happy she could save her brother and sad that she let him walk on the street by himself. Her brother's admired her for her ability ever since the incident so she deicded to try harder, and control and make her ability last longer. So she ended up enrolling into Tantei Academy.

She's fainted from trying to use her Ability more than 7 minutes before.
She tends to fiddle with her hair when she's embarrassed.
She blushes extremely easily.
