Yeeey, more of Silence ! ♥
This thing just started as some random sketches, I was just playing around and had this idea, sooo here we are !
Silence has a magic ribbon, if you take it off, she becomes Noise, but even with the ribbon, nobody said Noise was completely absent... She is still within her, after all.

Yeah, Noise is not even like a second/alternative personality of Silence, but literally a second being inside her; I was thinking, not even like a disease but really a demon that she tries her best to keep inside; Noise is still here and hears and sees everything Si' does
