Description Sooo... Old Captain Tourettes got a little makeover.

All new outlines, colors and al background.. Still based on the same design though.

The character Captain Tourettes was something me and my fellow worker, Kalle, came up with because of his foul mouth. Therefore I made him as a caricature of Kalle. (with slightly improved physics).
