Sometimes I think that this would be a better ending. Well, it also could be Sasuke's death only, which also would be better then canon

Considering the outcome, I think it was a premonition of them fighting to the point they were lethally injured. I mean, ending up lacking half an arm is a good way to bleed out. Of course, Sakura came along in time to prevent them perishing from their wounds.
Another way to look at it is that they fought and in the final moments of the battle, a part of their old selves died, or at least Sasuke's dark ambitions were allowed to die. But then, there's nothing about Naruto's side that is lacking as a result so that makes it incompatible. Although, maybe it's a stretch but one of Naruto's ambitions is to keep his promise to Sakura, as well as save his friend. Once that was accomplished, the only part that tied him to his younger days vanished.
Or maybe it's simply that if Sasuke never gave up on his own dark goals, then they truly would battle till they both died, but Sasuke let it go in the end and Naruto's bleak prediction didn't come to pass.

But when i see a picture of him dying (no matter how angsty) i started laughing like an idiot. You did a good job! i cant draw saucegay without making him look like a girl with a bad hair day.

Yeah I also hope that this won't happen,but unfortunatily this is very likely the ending.
Sasuka is so hellbent on destroying Konoha that Naruto may not have other choice than putting him out of his misery and Sasuka is now so strong that he may very well kill Naruto.
Damn I can't wait to see the ending all these cliffhangers are killing me. X(

the thing is with sasuke EMs he might be stronger than naruto, thanks to him being able to use endless susano and amaterasu with out going blind. But if naruto merges sage mode and kyubi mode the way he did at the end of his battle with pein, i thinks it over for sasuke.

To be honest, I hope this does happen. This is one of the ways it will resolve who is loyal to who and to what. You don't know the true intensions of a person until they realize they or someone close is going to die.
But, I don't think Naruto will end with him being dead, of course. He will still need to be Hokage.

I hope it doesn't happen either. I think she'd be hugging them both. But if it does happen I think the jenchuriki in naruto wouldn't allow him to die and he'd be revived somehow. With that, sakura would attempt to revive sasuke out of love for him as both a former teammate and love interest. It's said in the naruto wiki that sakura does love naruto but it isn't the same as the love she still has for sasuke. (that's just what has been explained so far. we don't know for sure yet) Plus I can see her with either of them but I've always felt sorry for hinata since she'd liked him since childhood

Actually according to the wiki: 'Though being told that Naruto loves her, Sakura, while still caring for him as a friend and team-mate, doesn't reciprocate his feelings.' Which is absolutely true! She cares for him deeply, like a friend. The only person she truly loves is Sasuke, despite what NaruSaku fans say. If her 'love' for Naruto or her growing feelings for him, were that obvious, I'm sure they would have included that at least in some part of Narutopedia by now lol.

And I just love how people say that Naruto and Sakura are becoming more intimate which each other, and Sakura is starting to have feelings for Naruto. Well, all I can say is that they have a big imagination, since Kishi never showed signs of that, whatsoever. I just find it funny I suppose.

I don't think they're more intimate with eachother they're just more open with things as good friends are haha. I prefer SasuSaku anyways. I just really want to know how this'll play out. I hope it doesn't end with only Sakura being left alive. Although it's a lot of foreshadowing since they're just like the 3 sanin. But Orochimaru= dead, Jiriyah = dead and Tsunade is the only one left.
