I was invited to mod at #PokePalace , so here is my mod application for the new Pokemon Black/White's legendary... Victini!
He'll be ruling with *Rueme 's Reshiram and *f-wd 's Zekrom in Kingdom Pandemoria. I'll try to have more references up soon.

PERSONALITY
     Vireis has a very playful, enthusiastic, and sweetly sincere personality. He enjoys being around other people, and will float around randomly looking for people to latch on to and bother (lmfao). Vir is candidly honest, and his inquisitive personality might come across as nosy and bothersome to some people, but he's still a naive child that doesn't know any better about crossing personal boundaries. Vir is hopelessly gullible, and doesn't like it when people lie or pull pranks on him; however, it doesn't take much to make him happy again as Vir is easily distracted and changeable. Vir is also TINY, and hates being underestimated because of his appearance.

HISTORY
     Being the last of his kind, Vireis in his Victini Pokemon form was intensely sought by humans for experimentation and black market dealings for hundreds of years. Victini had been successful in eluding humans until eventually, he was caught by an obsessed scientist who was intent on exploiting his incredibly rare catch. Determined to not let this happen, a young boy managed to sneak in one night and aided in Victini's escape, but not without being noticed and fervently pursued. Their getaway was a treacherous one, and in the dark, Victini and the boy suffered a rocky fall. When Victini came to, he was alone in the woods and had lost all recollection of his memories (AMNESIA IS SO CLICHÉ LMFAO). He vaguely remembers the silhouette of a boy and a murmur of his voice, but does not understand the meaning of these hazy memories.
     Victini was eventually discovered by residents of nearby Pandemoria, who took the lost child to their kingdom. There, he was taken in and given a name by two other legendary Gijinkas - the Pandemorian King and Queen, who he now affectionately cherishes as parental figures. Vireis currently strives to hone his fire and psychic abilities as a mage to hopefully one day regain his memories and discover the reason for his being.
