hi hi! i'm a noob at this but how did you draw this? do u sketch it and then trace it with the pen tool on Ps? how did you make the transparencies like and stuff...

Nope, actually I just um... drew the lineart on paper and scanned it, then set that layer on "multiply" then started coloring underneath. The transparency of the hair was actually done by cutting out the area of hair color that overlaps the eye, then pasting it on its own layer, then lowering the opacity *7*
