Chartini's Second Evolution:

Embrylancer (Misspell of Ember, and Lancer.)
Type: Dragon/ Fire
Class: The Salamander Pokemon
Embrylancer has continued to show different traits than both or it's predecessors evolved forms, only having a few basic traits appear. Being both elegant, and flashy, they don't mind taking a pause in a battle to show off their bright colors. Embrylancers fire markings are said to be just as hot as the real thing.

Evolve from Chartini at level 23 (Between charmander's 16, and Dratini's 30)

Gah, I did this at my friend's house, so this AND the form after this are rushed.

Charmeleon traits: Red coloration, green eyes, fire color on wings, large claws.

Dragonair traits: Wings, jewels, horns.

Everything else was continued from Chartini.
