This one is way better, although the perv in me would like to see a little more skin as well. Maybe a sheen cut on the mid section or on the sides between the dark blue top and her hips. That's just my pervy side, still a very cute and sexy outfit. This is a great character design, simple yet stylish and memorable.

There's something about the fact that the gold is shiny but the blue isn't shaded that makes this stand out to me. And not much impresses me. So you did something right.
