I just made this today after watching Naruto Shippuuden episode 64. I had heard about there being another Team Minato picture so I checked it out expecting to just see the photo we always see on Kakashi's desk in the manga (which is different from the one shown in the anime) so when I first saw this I nearly had a heart attack. This is the coolest official pic of my #1 favorite team, so I just HAD to make a wallpaper out of it. I may change it by adding more words, like song lyrics or something.If you're wondering why I'm not posting the actual wallpaper, it's because I don't remember where I got the brushes and textures from in order to give credit, so sorry but I can't post it until I can give credit.
They REALLY love teasing us don't they? they better animate Kakashi Gaiden or i swear, i'll go insane...

...Kakashi Gaiden...erm... Why have i not heard of that in the 6 years(dang! ahs it really been that long!) I've been watching NARUTO....erm seriosuly I'm confused...could u explain....please.....

kakashi gaiden, which was actually titled: "kakashi's story, a boy's life on the battlefield" was a side story in the naruto manga, the majority of volume 27 was all about kakashi's past. you can find it on onemanga, it starts with chapter 239 and ends with chapter 244. it's my favorite part of the manga so far.
as for the anime thing, throughout the 1st series and the 2nd (shippuuden) they've been dropping hints to kakashi gaiden, like showing still shots of them, like when the 3rd hokage was thinking of the different teams while he was dying, and this one when tsunade was looking through a photo album. there are also spoken hints like during the first bell test and the sandaime's funeral with kakashi talking about obito and his past mistakes.

Well, they did this with the fifteenth ending of Naruto, right before Shippuuden, so I hope this picture means something >.>
